Two more days..

It's 7:55 AM.. We all meet up in the class room.. My first impression was missing school, the girls, the hussle of class and deadlines, the girls.. Oh, I guess I will experience that again one day.. So I start looking around and checking people out.. I only recognized one girl.. the other 6 interduced themselves, it was glad it was a nice bunch as it will effect the rest of the course..

By 8 Sharp the instructor comes along and we all get to know each other, and then he tells us not to start as there was one more girl missing.. I had a bad feeling about that.. I really wanted to escape from there, just for a little while.. A week! A courses' time, is that too much to ask??

We start eventually as she was more than half an hour late, when she comes in, she just goes and sits in the empty space, and we all look at her.. The instructor starts to give her heads up about what she been missing... and then he asks the dreadful question:

"So, how do you expect this course to be for you?"

She answers in a very happy-go-lucky-kinda-tone which was very annoying btw:"Amaaaaaaaaiziing!!"
All the class LMAO!!!!
The instructor replies with a smile: "Akeed insha'allah 7aykoon amazing, bas I meant what do you expect to learn?"
"Oh, I expect to learn alot!"
heh, you guessed he rest his case; and so did I a million years ago, I hate my boss for employing such un qualified personnel just because we were understaffed!!.. I get to see and deal with this person everyday!!

Ok, so it was 3 days for April.. And one of my friends and I got pranked, so we thought we're getting back at her, and it had to be big.. We didn't know what were we getting ourselves into.. last week, she found out, that's more than a month later.. and she was really mad at us.. I didnt mean it this way and i am so sorry.. I dont know what to do.. but say i am sorry.. What I thought was funny turned out not, and I knew, that's why I decided not to tell you.. but I guess some poeple just cant keep thier mouths shut -I hate you Daniah!!-

Ok, what about calling someone a lair about something you're not really sure they lied about!!

On a further note, faj2ah when I relized I am not so into business anymore -more than one year of banking- the bank is sending me on a Principles of Banking course! Man, I can teach that now!! I been on a rotation everywhere in the bank!!! And guess what, now I think I need some IT improving courses to get me back to date! I mean Computers was my major after all..

A big thank you to the guys at microsoft for FINALLY upgrading my email's capacity to 25 MBs.. -I think they were just tired of sending me those messages telling me that my email is full- Although I had to make a new hotmail email telling the asses I live in Florida and made another google email, guess what guys ur late and I will use the g mail!

What's a blog?? Mmm, my thoughts tell me it's a web based journal.. A weblog it was also called.. But why choose the word "blog" =\ it kinda sounds like a barfing soud.. I know!! Sorry, but it's true.. Also, it's supposed tp be a personal log.. People nowadays mistake it for websites.. Ok, it is a website.. Just not what you think..

I mean it sounded funny!! B L O G =\ I just couldn't accept it then, nowadays.. After I started work, I realized I do complain a lot about work, not everything's a complaint, but I do talk. I spend 10 hrs at least there!! It is a big part of my life, so suddenly I realize my sister, my mom, my dad, my bro, my friends, my aunts they all know my colleagues!! OMG!! The thought hit me! Start a journal... Multiply offered it so I started there, used my msn space and then at last blogger.com..

Anyhoo, it's 11:30 PM I didn't sleep yet, why you ask? My babybro -the one I saw a guy in Dubai who looked like him, so I went after him and asked to take his photo and I still got it btw, I'll show it my baby bro- is coming from the longest trip in the world!! SF, NY, Frankfurt, Geneva, and finally Riyadh, and we havent seen him for the whole year!! The longest he left was six weeks and we were away too on vacation, but now he's living elsewhere!! and as I see he's still a kid, my baby bro, he's still 17 for God's sake! he's on his way from air port with one of his friends.. Can't wait to see him.. Allah yjeebah bel salamah o0 ywafgah ya rabbbb -ahm shay o0 y9l7aah, my big bro always says that about him, lol-

Iwas planing on taking the day off and doing a lot.. Because of too much planing, not doing any actual work, nothing happened, I worked half the day.. And It wasn't cool.. I had too much work to do, I had a cat fight with a hateful colleaguee, and the boriest -is that even a word!!- meeting ever, with the weirdest human being ever!!



I passed by this place today it looked kool, da5lt el guy section -all parking was filled with the Hummers andconvertibless and big 4X4s I was turned on =p- it's a kool hang out spot!! Naturally; they told me to get the hell out before someone catches them runing a night club with a stripper -hence; me!-

This was super cute!! I didn't know Amazone.com did that!!
-ps. I got that same gift from two people.. -

What I really wanted was the Choco Moose Cake from Diplomat!!.. The party's on Thursday now.. Too cool to describee, -it was supposed t be a suprise but I kinda guessed the whole thing!! It all started a week and a half ago, my parents had to go to UK so suddenly, they made me scared what the hell was wrong!! They said 10 days.. So far it's been 8 and they aint sure if they'll be back on time or not.. I was hoping they'll make it for my birthday! Both parents away at the same time is something I'm not used to, maybe I should get used to that now..

Personally, I thought time home without the folks would be enjoyable.. And so far it has been.. But I miss them too much, it ruins the fun! I have a thought, it's great to live with them in the same town, just in different houses!! lol, man don't give me that look, I need a motherly hug every now and then =P

It's back to work tomorrow, I had a fun week no parents no work, a little Financial Analysis course which was very interesting and fun, I'm kinda into accounting now.. And I think I'll post my Training Report here for ya.. I heard some people wanting more specialized blogs or something ;)

Just another day at work. I was at my cubicle working my ass off as I always do, my telephone rings, and it's the meeting room coordinator calling to tell me that one of my colleagues is supposed to be in this meeting and he's running late, he told me Donald Trump is in this meeting!!

I look at my colleague putting on his Ghotrah and fixing his Ogal making sure he looked ok, getting his business cards from the drawer and running out to the meeting room...

I wake up, what's the deal? Donald Trump?? TV's-Richie-Rich-Businessman.. I was jealous of my colleague.. He's only been in the bank for five years and he's already an Assistant Vice President, I mean he's 12 years older than I, but still, already a corporate title!! -I wonder when will I ever get one, if ever!!- And then I dream of him meeting with Donald Trump, I mean that's like any relationship managers dream!! -To meet a big time businessman will help make his target for the rest of the year, won’t need to work anymore!! Maybe finance upcoming years targets too!-

Anyways.. Next morning I go up to my dad -Allah yrj3ah bel salamah, amen- and tell him about my dream, and he's like: "Donald Trump huh?? Da bu3doko" -laughing-

Dad can be mean, lol, thing is.. I don't respect Donald Trump that much or give him that much of thought to dream about him..

Talk about weird dreams, Bissa stop bringing up Lubna Al-Olayan, you're obviously screwing up my subconscious mind..

My Thoughts After One Year of Working..

This week has been hectic -don't all my weeks seem to be always that =S- anyhow, I got lots work I want to finish since next week I wont be reporting to my office, wow, it's time for some change to re-fuel me to work..

This week I'm in love with The O.C.'s theme song, bare with me.. California, here we come.. Right back where we started from.., ok ok, I'll get this over with, here goes:

• You should be friendly to everyone, you never know who that person is.
• In order of getting your internal issues solved, you need to know someone in every department.
• You can drink anything in a mug.
• Compact make-up cases rock! And a handy Mascara does wonders!
• Avoid encounters with weirdoes.
• Don't mess with End User Support -IT Help Desk- guys, if you're in their black list, you work life will be a living hell.
• Eat healthy food, fast food and delivery consumes your health and salary.
  Don't be a girl at work, it's just pathetic to soften your voice and give your phony smiles here, people will see you everyday, you can never keep it up!
• Don't go on dissing people in your same department to other departments, they'll look down at you.
• If you're sitting on you're ass for more than eight hrs a day, you need to join a GYM.
• Dissing a girl is worse, everybody knows you're jealous and that's all you could do to her.
• Help out a colleague will always make you the bigger person.
  If you don't like what they assign you to do, say so! And don't do it. -you need a reason 6b3n-
• You need an Extra toothbrush and paste for work.

• Intranet is quite usefull and interesting.

• Most people are clueless to what their doing.
• I understand everything!
• In case of any mis-understanding, next encounter act like nothing happened, nothings supposed to be personal at work.
• Working in big organizations mean meeting co-workers who are relatives, friends, relatives friends.
• Keep in contact with work, even if you're on sick leave, call and catch up.
• The whole "any publicity is good publicity" is very wrong!
• Try meeting the people you email/fax/phone who work with you under the same roof in person.
• If you're not doing a job that you like or enjoy, you better quit. -did that! Never regretted it-
• Staying at work after working hours mean your happy with what you're doing. - ;) Medo, Itachi; sorry but I think no way!-
• Always take the stairs.
• Don't let them have anything on you.
• Work is not a place to make friends, don't make it a goal to socialize.
• Always keep your sense of humor.
• Reading the news paper is part of working!!
• Working in open areas mean not accomplishing much work.
• A persons' second family is his work colleagues.
• Enjoy meeting people.
• Take any chance to move from your desk, to a printer, water cooler, to fix ur own coffee..etc.

It's Raining in Rio at Last..

So it's the rain season, I for one love the rain, water, sea. And I am sure God is testing me by throwing me in the middle of the desert. Not complaining, thank you God, rain and a summer full of BBQ parties and pools will make me happy =)

Insomnia

It's almost 4 am and I can't sleep. I got to go to work, I have been post poning this stupid rebate entry cause I hate how stupid you have to be to do such a thing and that it was never part of my job description, but the month is almost over and I got to have something in my departments account!! Ahhh I so hate this, I just got new passwords and didn't try this!! And I really don't want to sleep, I'm done watching Joey ='( TV sucked and whoever I thought of calling I really don't want to call right now! Why am I drinking energy drinks right now?? I will need serious coffee tomorrow, it will fucking be a very long day!
